The more you self-treat, the stronger your healing will become and the better your energy will flow. Wherever you go in nature, allow healing to flow through you to heal you, and out through your hands and feet to nourish the earth and nature all around you. As you give this healing, you also receive a healing, and you are healed. Reiki is a complete way of life. Self-healing is simple yet very powerful.
